To Place an Order Using a Check as Payment

If you would like to place an order using a check as payment you can do so by printing an order form and sending it in with your check.

All checks must clear before your order will ship.

To place your order using a check follow these steps:

	Browse the selection of products by clicking on their links to the left
	Fill out your order form with item descriptions, quantities, and costs
	Add Sales Tax for New Jersey residence only
	Add the appropriate Shipping
	Fill out a check made payable to "Shaman's Dawn" in the amount of your grand total
	Send your order form and check to: Shaman's Dawn 188 South St Eatontown, NJ 07724

Most orders will ship as soon as your check clears. If there are any delays you will be notified via phone or email.
