class will be held at Sacred Circle New Age Center at
57b Brighton Ave., Long Branch, NJ
There
are many layers of the spirit worlds. In this workshop
we will explore the places of the deep earth known to
many as the Lower Spirit World. This is a place of deep
knowledge and primal nature energy. We will also do work
to connect to a spirit of nature and discuss what
"medicine bags" and "medicine items"
are and how one attains such items.
Please
Bring:A drum and/or rattle if you have one, a mat or
blanket to lay on, a bandana or scarf to cover your eyes
during the guided journey, and a notebook and pen to
take notes and record your experiences.
