class will be held at Sacred Circle New Age Center at
57b Brighton Ave., Long Branch, NJ
There
are many layers of the spirit worlds. In this workshop
we will explore the outer reaches of the cosmos known to
many as the Upper Spirit World. This is a place of
infinite possibility and union with the divine. We will
also be doing work to connect to higher realm spirit
allies and exploring the process of transfiguration.
Please
Bring:A drum and/or rattle if you have one, a mat or
blanket to lay on, a bandana or scarf to cover your eyes
during the guided journey, and a notebook and pen to
take notes and record your experiences.
